Designed for small to medium-sized groups, each experience is tailored to reflect your unique tastes, using fresh, seasonal ingredients grown on our own permaculture property.

Food Culture × Scholé
Food Culture is currently hosted at Scholé on Liverpool Street, Hobart.
On selected Sundays, we offer casual walk-in lunches, tea, retail, and long-table banquets.
Our regular banquet program is currently on winter break and will return when announced.

Private Dining & Bespoke Events
Food Culture can also create private Yunnan-inspired banquets for small gatherings, celebrations, weddings, and special occasions.
Our events are personal, seasonal, and shaped around shared dishes, tea, hospitality, and a sense of place. Menus are designed in conversation with you, drawing from Yunnan food culture and Tasmanian produce where possible.
We are best suited to intimate or medium-sized gatherings where food is central to the experience.
