Booking & Payment

•Full payment is made at time of booking

Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before your booking date receive a full refund.

• Cancellations within 7 days are 50% refundable or transferable to another guest.

Dietary Needs

Due to the set-menu nature of the Sunday Banquet Long Lunch, Food Culture is unable to accommodate dietary requirements, substitutions, or alternative menus. Guests are responsible for ensuring the experience is suitable for them prior to booking. Private or exclusive bookings may be discussed separately.

Arrival & Service

• Please arrive on time. We allow a 15-minute grace period, after which doors will be closed to protect the shared dining experience.

• Tea pairings are included.

• Alcohol is BYO and a $30 corkage fee (per bottle) applies - 1 bottle per person only.
